

There is really no new functionality to speak of (I don't consider Spotlight searching to be all that helpful, you might) but what is there is noticably better than the prior version.

This is basically what EN6 *should* have been. Sorting (granted the ENL i was testing only has ~400 refs in it) is much quicker and downloading refs from PubMed is faster as well (it downloads in chunks of 20 refs as opposed to one at a time which drove me craaaaazy). Also, while the performance of the bib creation in Word 2004 is unchanged, performance within the app itself is definitely better. The GUI has received a minor update and IMHO is a bit more intuitive. As much as it surprises me to be saying this, EN9 seems to be a significant improvement over the other OSX-compatible versions. Well I DLed the demo and checked it out (probably should have done that first!). Was anyone here involved in the beta test cycle?
